Tips
Best to soften the caraway seeds with hot water to start.
Coleslaw is better served the second day after the vinegar/salt/caraway mixture has had a pickling effect.
Directions
1. In small dish, soak caraway seeds in hot water 3 minutes; add vinegar and salt. Pour over shredded cabbage/carrot mixture and toss evenly. Cover and store in refrigerator until serving time.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayo, yogurt, mustard and stevia. At serving time, spoon onto coleslaw mix and toss evenly.
