Introduction

Ingredients

    4 C flour
    1 lg. egg
    1 1/2 C. butter flavor crisco, chilled
    2 tsp. salt
    2 TBSP sugar
    1/2 C. ice water
    1 TBSP cider vinegar

Directions

Cut crisco into flour with a pastry cutter till like coarse meal, add salt and sugar and blend, beat egg, add the water and vinegar to the egg and mix into the flour till well blended. This dough will not get tough from working too much.

Serving Size: makes 4, 10" single crust pies
