Ingredients

    4 Cups Silk Pure Almond Milk (30 calorie)
    14 oz container Heart Goodness Omega-3 Egg Product
    3/4 cup Stevia in the Raw
    1 tablespoon Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F.

2. COMBINE almond milk, egg product, Stevia, brown sugar blend and vanilla extract. Pour into twelve 6-ounce custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place cups in 13 x 9-inch baking pan; fill pan with hot water to 1-inch depth.

3. BAKE for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Remove cups to wire rack to cool completely. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Don't try this recipe if you don't have Heart Goodness Egg Product. I searched for it locally and Walmart said it's not available within 50 miles. So I thought I would try it with real eggs. What a waste of eggs, stevia, almond milk & oure vanilla. It just wouldn't firm up. - 2/9/15
