Ingredients

    1 head cauliflower
    3 carrot
    1 large idaho potato
    170 g green pepper
    150 g green peas
    2 med onion
    4 med tomato, pureed
    30 g gingre
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 cup lime juice
    4 cloves garlic
    turmeric
    4 tbsp pav bhaji seasoning

Tips

garnish with cilantro, fresh onion, and a splash of lime juice.


Directions

boil carrots, cauliflower, and potato together with turmeric until soft. mash. fry green pepper, peas, chilies, and onion together in olive oil. add tomato puree (with ginger/garlic). mix together with mash and 1 cup of water. add seasoning. at end, add lemon juice.
