Introduction
Who needs a campfire when you've got all the deliciousness of a s'mores wrapped up in a freezer pop?! Who needs a campfire when you've got all the deliciousness of a s'mores wrapped up in a freezer pop?!Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients

1 pkg chocolate fudge pudding, fat free, sugar free
1/2 c mini marshmallows
1/4 c marshmallow cream
1/4 c graham cracker crumbs
1 T melted butter
1 t powdered sugar
2 cups 2% milk
NOTE: Switch out milk and pudding mix for nonfat plain yogurt and cocoa powder and sweetener!
Tips
This could probably be made more nutritious and with fewer calories by using nonfat plain yogurt and cocoa powder and sweetener! I may have to experiment with that!
Directions
1. Make pudding according to package. Spoon about 1/4th the mixture, evenly divided into 4 paper cups.
2. Combine mini marshmallows and marshmallow cream. Add a spoonful to each cup, taking care to not touch the sides. Add pudding around sides.
3. Create another layer of pudding. Repeat marshmallow layer. Finish with pudding - cup should be 3/4 full.
4. Combine melted butter, powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Spoon over final layer of pudding. Press crumbs into pudding and freeze.
5. Insert sticks after one hour.
6. Will need to freeze for about another 3 hours.
