Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, .5 package (10 oz)
    *Potato, raw, 8 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia)
    Louis Rich Turkey Smoked Sausage, 2 large links
    two medium onions, peeled and quartered

Tips

Serve with a simple djon mustard on the side.


Directions

cut potatoes in fourths
cut cabbage in eights

simmer cabbage, potatoes and onions in large pot with about 3" water. Steam until cabbage semi tender.

Put cooked vegetables and all other ingredients in a crockpot on "High" and cook for an additional two hours or until cabbage and potatoes are tender.
