This meal is quick, easy and Healthy. Feel free to choose any fish you like I prefer a 3.5 ounce Swai fillet or Tilapia but I've even done this with boneless skinless chicken and it was GREAT. Ingredients

    3.5 ounce fish fillet
    Low Fat Balsamice Vingrette marinade or salad dressing
    Brown rice
    Root Veggies

Tips

You can really mix it up with this more than simple recipe. add your own twist and turns.


Directions

Marinade your fish fillet in Low fat Balsamic vingrette for 4 hours. Then, simply preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Create an"aluminum pouch to house the fish while it cooks in the oven. This will ensure that your fish is nice and moist. let cook for 15 minutes and you are all done. boil your brown rice and steam what ever rooted veggies you choose and in less than 30 minutes you will have a delicious and healthy meal.
