Another one of my favorite juices. Another one of my favorite juices.
Number of Servings: 2


    Strawberries,fresh 1 cup halves
    Apples.fresh 2 medium.
    Oranges,fresh small,peeled.
    Carrots,fresh 2 medium.
    Chia seeds,2 Tbsp. Dry seed.


Requires a juicer.Can chill to taste.


Prepare fruit and vegetable by washing.Place fruit and vegetable in juicer to extract juice.Add Chia seeds to mixture after juicing is complete.Mix well.

Serving Size: Makes 2 1-cup servings
