Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. park skim mozzarella cheese
1 28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
12 lasagne noodles
1 c. water (slow cooker version only)
Directions
OVEN VERSION
Cook noodles per package directions. Meanwhile brown ground turkey. Once browned stir in spaghetti sauce and remove from heat. Mix together cheeses in a bowl. Using a 9x13 or lasagne pan, coat bottom of pan with a thin layer of meat sauce. Then layer noodles, meat sauce, and cheese. Repeat two more times. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour to 45 min.
SLOW COOKER VERSION
(Do not precook noodles) Brown ground turkey. Once browned, stir in spaghetti sauce. Remove from heat. Mix cheeses in a separate bowl. Coat bottom of crock with a thin layer of meat sauce. Break 4 noodles and layer to cover bottom of crock. Then add 1/3 meat sauce and then 1/3 cheese. Repeat 2 more times. Pour 1 cup of water over all. Cook on high for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
