Introduction

Tasty and quick to fix Tasty and quick to fix
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 boneless pork loin chops
10 sprays of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Original Buttery Spray
2 cloves of garlic, minced or pressed
    Fresh or dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Dash of salt (I prefer coarse sea salt)

Directions

Preheat electric countertop grill (approximately 5 minutes). While grill is heating, prepare chops.

Trim visible fat from pork chops and rinse them under cold water. Peel and mince (or press) garlic and rub it evenly over the chops. Grind or chop fresh rosemary (or measure 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary) and sprinkle over chops. Season to taste with freshly ground black pepper and a dash of salt.

Spray a small amount of cooking spray on the grill's cooking surfaces to avoid sticking. Place prepared chops on the grill and squirt each with 5 sprays of the Buttery Spray. Close grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, adding time as needed to ensure that the meat is thoroughly cooked.

Makes 2 entree servings.
