Introduction

Super easy, super yummy tomato soup from scratch. Super easy, super yummy tomato soup from scratch.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 T Butter
    2 T flour
    1 small diced onion
    2 28 oz cans of organic tomatoes
    pinch of cloves
    sugar to taste

Directions

melt butter in stockpot, saute onions and cloves until clear. Add flour and make a roux, medium brown color. Slowly add chicken broth while whisking.
Add in tomatoes, cover and cimmer for 20 minutes. Blitz with immersion blender until smooth. Add sugar and salt to taste.
