Ingredients

2 cups oatmeal
2 cups vanilla whey protein powder
1 cup flaxseed meal
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup of choice dried fruits, (raisons, cranberries, blueberris)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
mix the together and add
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 cup plain greek yogurt
2 eggs
almond milk (enough to make a cake batter like texture)
mix all together well
pam spray muffin tin and fill with batter half full
Directions
bake at 350
for 15 to 20 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean
