Ingredients

1 10oz package Pederson's Peppered Bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/2 onion, chopped
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup whole milk
4 eggs
Salt, Tobasco, Pepper
Tips
Serve the small wedge with a generous salad for lunch!
Directions
Cook bacon and allow to cool.
Crumble bacon into bottom of greased pie plate. Top with chopped onion and shredded cheese.
Mix eggs with milk, salt, pepper, and Tobasco (to taste).
Pour egg mixture over other ingredients in pie plate.
Cook for 45 minutes in a 350F oven.
