Ingredients

    all-purpose flour
    rolled oats
    corn meal
    baking powder
    eggs
    canola oil
    Almond Breeze almond-coconut milk
    Sour Supreme sour cream substitute

Tips

I have a small Cuisinart round waffle iron--I cook these set on 4 (out of 5). They are still a little soft inside when they come out, but are cooked through.


Directions

pulse dry ingredients in food process for 3-4 pulses. Dump dry ingredients into a medium mixing bowl. Combine eggs, oil, almond milk and sour cream substitute in food processor. Process until smooth, add to dry ingredients. Stir together until thoroughly combined. Let stand 5 minutes. Pour about 2/3 cup batter onto hot waffle iron. Bake according to manufacturer's instuctions
