Ingredients

1/2 cup ground almonds/almond flour
1/2 cup dessicated coconut
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons orange extract - or any of your choosing
8 dates
4 eggs, medium
1/4 cup water
2 Tablespoons coconut oil/butter
1 Tablespoon "Half and Half" - or sugar/sweetener to taste - add 1 teaspoon at a time at end of mixing once you have tasted to get mix to your liking.
Directions
Mix dry ingredients - in a blender if you want to make the cake a bit finer. Move them into bowl. Blend dates, water, coconut oil (melted) eggs, extract.
Add wet to dry and mix thoroughly. Taste and adjust sweetness as required. Bake in square brownie tin lined with baking parchment at 350F/180C for 15-20 minutes.
Cool and slice into squares.
Serving Size: 14-16 small squares
