    3 T corn syrup
    3/4 c. butter
    1.5 c. brown sugar
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1.5 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 loaf Texas Toast


Grease a 9x13 pan (deep dish). Cube a loaf of bread and place in pan.

In small saute pan, combine corn syrup, butter, and brown sugar. Simmer until syrupy. Pour over bread cubes.

Mix eggs, milk, salt, and vanilla together and pour over bread cubes. Sprinkle with cinnamon, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Serve with warm syrup and butter (not included in nutritional facts).

Serving Size: Serving size is 1/10th of pan.
