Introduction

A great way to use the left over cranberry after thanksgiving. A great way to use the left over cranberry after thanksgiving.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3/4 cup and 2 T. flour
    1/4 t. baking soda
    1/2 cup (p[acked) brown sugar
    1/2 cup regular rolled oats
    1/2 cup margarine (whole stick, partially softened)
    3/4 cup cranberry sauce (or any other jam, jellie, etc.)

Directions

Combine flour, baking soda, brown sugar, and rolled oats and mix together.
Cut in 1/2 cup of butter using a pastry blender or two knifes (Make sure butter is cut into smaller pieces the size of peas and are completely coated with the mixture).
Press 1/2 of the misture into the bottom of a loaf pan.
Spread 3/4 cup of cranberry evenly over the top.
Sprinkle with reamining crumb mixture.
Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes.
