Introduction

I can't stand vinegar & was looking for a healthier dressing for my salads. I can't stand vinegar & was looking for a healthier dressing for my salads.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    6 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 TBSP Lemon Juice
    1 TSP Salt
    1 Clove Garlic
    Pepper to taste


Directions

Chop the garlic very fine and mix together with the salt. Whisk in the lemon juice and olive oil. Add the black pepper to taste.

Serving Size: makes a 1/2 cup of dressing. So 16 servings of 1tbsp
