Ingredients

4 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
2 oz flour
2 1/4 oz spelt flour
1 tbsp Cheddar cheese powder
1 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
pinch black pepper
1/4 cup 1% milk
1 tbsp canola oil
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Knead by hand in the bowl until a stiff, slightly dry "doughy" mass forms.
Wrap in plastic and chill 1 hour, up to 1 day.
Preheat oven to 375F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment.
Roll dough out to 1/8" thickness and cut with star-shaped cutters (or your favourite small cutter).
Bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely on the sheets.
Transfer to an airtight container and eat within a few days.
Serving Size: Makes about 85 1.5" crackers
