    *Chinese cabbage (Bok choy, Choy sum), raw, 100 gram
    Beet greens, fresh, 1 leaf
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 spear (about 5" long)
    *Berries Mixed (Black, Blue & Rasp berries), 0.25 cup
    *Simply Jif Low Sodium Lower Sugar Peanut Butter, Creamy, 1 tbsp
