Ingredients

    1/4 cup almond meal
    2 Tbs ground golden flax seeds
    2 large eggs
    1.5 tsp ground ginger
    3/8 tsp baking powder
    Stevia to taste

Tips

I usually only eat half at a time because it is quite filling.
Add a little lite cream cheese as a spread.


Directions

Mix all dry ingredients in a soup bowl. Add the eggs and mix well.
Microwave 1.45 minutes.

Cool and enjoy
