Introduction

Pasta Primavera with Chicken and Peppers Pasta Primavera with Chicken and Peppers
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 TBSP Olive Oil
    1 large chicken breast cut into strips (or 2 small)
    1 Sweet Bell pepper (red, yellow, or orange) cut into strips
    4 cups fresh spinach
    2 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 shake crushed red pepper flakes
    8 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
    1/4 cup milk
    8 oz whole wheat pasta cooked

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
Heat oil in large skillet, add chicken and cook 5-7 minutes until done.
Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and red pepper flakes. Add pepper and spinach.
Add cream cheese and stir until melted
Add milk.
Add Pasta and stir together.


Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
