Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Whole Pork Tenderloin (1 lb)
    2 tbsp Cider Vinegar
    1 tbsp Dijon-style Mustard
    4 tbsp Honey
    2 tbsp Spenda Blend for Baking (brown sugar)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients except tenderloin; coat tenderloin well with sauce. Roast for 20-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 155; basting occaissionally. Slice thinly to serve; spoon sauce over tenderloin.
