Introduction

new cellery powder proof photo added nov 14,
What ever h&S is in chicken breading, is also in the gravy and vise versa..
The kentucky fried chicken vials i solved on jan 11,2013.It is what it is. THESE VIALS ARE A TYPE OF BBQ SEASONING.
WARNING FOR ALL KFC RECIPE HOUNDS searching the net, skip any recipe that doesn't use EGG POWDER, the col. and kfc does...the proof is an old photo from lees famous chicken, breaded the same as harland sanders . notice no bowl of egg wash...

i have perfected the kentucky fried chicken gravy, i have taken samples to kfc and people eating at kfc. people all agree mine is far superior than kfc paste.so i will spent the next few days proveing i have solved so far and you decide. i will add photos to verify. oh yes ,, i brag cause i can back it up.
MY PROOF,
Its was originally called " spices and herbs " by the col. himself numerous times in early quotes from his book.
in 1975 , a photo of a bag of seasoned flour called " VEGETABLE HERBS AND SPICES", after that PEPSI owned it and became" HERBS AND SPICES", then "SECRET HERBS AND SPICES"THEN YUM BRANDS took over and it became" our 11 herbs and spices ,
kentucky fried chicken slowly became kfc so not to loose faithful customers.but in the 70's , VEGETABLE is the key word for herbs that don't cook off while frying. oh and history time line shows he figured out his GRAVY RECIPE FIRST then the chicken..
REMEMBER:the spices do coat the chicken for flavour, but also alters the oil favour, which in turn the excess flour, herbs, spices, fall from the chicken to bottom of fryer and cook createing the famous cracklings sludge. photo 2nd from bottom show a kfc sludge or cracklings collector.

omg i have to spell it out for you?? VEGTABLES WHEN DEHYDRATED AND TURNED TO POWDER OR GROUND UP BECOME A HERB/SPICE . SOME ARGUE A SEASONING or ENHANCER, BUT ITS A HERB VEGTABLE.

    MY PROOF,
VIAL (A) ,first phtoto is a bag of herbs and spices seasoning from australia, last ingredient is garlic powder. GARLIC is classifide as a vegetable.
VIAL (B) was found listed on old kfc allergy sites in europe and canada. also is better than cellery salt, used in stuffings or dressing if you prefer and bbq sauces and spices.
VIAL (C),is a vegetable dried and ground to a powder to become a spice, used in bbq sauces and spices also stuffings and dressing,
VIAL (D)is found in stuffings or dressings
VIAL (E)i aged my own and it matched the vial, tomato powder is better and is a main stape for bbq powders and sauces.also there is no deeper red or clumps the same for spices or herbs.
VIAL (F) not many yellow spices or herbs or elements out there, tumeric, mustard, curry, whole egg powder as you can see the photo with the pile of yellow but not a herbs or spice and curry not either, tumeric, is a colorant and bitter flavour, alas mustard is in bbq sauce and is only yellow left, also in the 80's kfc allergy guide lists mustard then became MAY CONTAIN , mustard is part of the celery family and makes mustard a VEGETABLE.
VIAL (G) (ALL THE KFC FORUMS CATEGORICALLY DENY ONION POWDER THEY ARE FALSE GUIDES TO THROW YOU OFF) thanks to a kfc nutrition guide, i posted here and ingredient list states onion powder, used in bbq sauces and powders, this is responsible for a 1/3 of the kfc flavour. also a vegetable .
VIAL (H) it is a toss up between nutmeg and chipolte when it comes to matching colours, chipolte is a jalopenia dried, a jalopenia is vegetable when dried and smoked becomes a spice , nutmeg isn't in bbq sauces so i went with chipolte ,
VIAL (I)is main ingredient used in stuffings or dressings ,
VIAL (J)aged my own , matched the colour, is used in col. bbq sauces and powder.
VIAL (K) have magnified the herbs and spices and this vial has flecks of purple which is sononomous with oregano and have aged the oregano to match.

alot of the proof is the colour of the spices, they have aged but are still recognisable. PHOTO of bbq sauce in sanders writing tipped me off, to' bbq fried chicken' the spices and herbs matched colour.
NOT IN VIALS BUT IN KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN

VIAL (L)black pepper , photo of SEASONED FLOUR label shows listed but not in vials...
VIAL (M) white pepper or compound pepper is a finely ground pepper..
black pepper is generally course and white pepper is made by soaking black pepper in water and the dark husk is removed.
VIAL (N) unami or msg or mono sodium glutamate, is listed in any kfc ingredients list,
VIAL (O) fine grind ocean salt because the finest dissolves instantly in cold waters, no sediment, also on ingredients list. notice N&O not shown IN VIALS EITHER,
col. felt salt and pepper are on the table already not in his 11 herbs and spices, he used msg when marinating, not a salty chicken but flavourful chicken,
VIAL (P) is added separately from the flour and is first mixed with spices , then mixed in with the flour. i use whole egg powder for full flavour and when spices blend with egg powder you get this stuffing/ sausage smell which smell like really good uniqe smell
VIAL (Q) is mixed with the eggs , is powdered not granular or after it cooks looks like pepper.
VIALS P&Q make up for a 1/3 of the flavour also,

    explanation of vials
in an interview in the 70's , a church show did an interview col. harland sanders where he stated his chicken is made up from" CERTAIN DRESSING SPICES AND CERTAIN SAUSAGE SPICES ".
we cooks call also call dressing STUFFING.... as for the sausage spices, a type of genova because genova sausage can sit out for days because of the spices protect the meat from bacterias and to keep chicken from bacterias , the same type of spices are used, genova is the variety name but the sausage spices used are peperonii which uses a type of BBQ SPICE...
so the herbs and spices are technically in the flour to make the gravy the chicken is a bonus.
BBQ spice, egg powder , onion powder ,and magic sarap , flour, msg , is key to kentucky fried gravy, all in different stages. thats why the gravy in the philippines is the best, it used magic sarap for chicken enhancer. look a photo , illegal to be sold in usa, but not in canada.

Tips

the spices , are old in these pics, rumoured put together before col. sanders passed away, dec 1980, i assume to halt further ageing of spices they were molded in plastic .dated 1985 ?? why don't know unless celebrate 30 yrs in business .
ergo i think all kentucky fried chicken products at the time were made useing only 11 herbs and spices and elements....'
so , like me ,there is perhaps, 100,000 people who have attempted the kentucky fried chicken recipe around the world. like me they used allergy statements , pictures of vials and word of mouth and still no success for the odour or Kentucky fried lure.... which leads me to belive that kentucky fried chicken is made up of 11 herbs and spices and more. I decided on a hunch to use the spices for the gravy and it worked right away... RIGHT AWAY.
so far kfc is seasoned flour, egg and milk mix, onion powder, kfc H and spices. flour seasoned with pepper, salt , msg, garlic, there are other additives to the flour such as anti caking agents and its possibly flavoured.
egg and milk is powdered and has anti caking agents and possibly flavoured , also msg
the oil is flavoured with secret extract so you can't reverse the odour,
, butter powder( really enhansed the gravy)in cracklings .

Directions

THE VIALS ARE FOR REAL
I've had very good luck getting the H&S to work on the chicken.
When i use the H&S to make gravy, it works . .i think an extract is used in the oil, which is why the photo of Harland sanders tasteing his chicken oil. to make sure he used enough odour or lure.

CONCLUSION
. the photo released by kfc and brian bohannon is not tampered with. I talked with brian bohannon and he said no filters or diffusers , the vial f looks like tumeric, (I USED LIGHTING)and it looks like mustard powder or whole egg powder or butter powder or butter milk powder. THERE IS NO WAY TO CREATE A YELLOW SPICE , FROM COMBINING OTHER COLOURS SO ITS A NATURAL.
