Ingredients

    4 cups rotisserie chicken breast, chopped
    2 cups fresh mango, diced
    1/4 cup green onions, sliced thin
    1/2 cup pecans, chopped
    1-7 oz. container Fage 2% Greek Yogurt
    1 tbsp. curry powder

Tips

Store this in a bowl with a tight fitting lid or your entire fridge will smell of curry :)


Directions

Combine yogurt and curry powder, blending well. Set aside. Combine chopped chicken breast, diced mango, green onions and chopped pecans in a bowl. Stir in dressing and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend.

Serving Size: Makes 6 one cup servings
