Introduction

Delicious way to drink your salad for the day - for those that really don't like green vegetables! Delicious way to drink your salad for the day - for those that really don't like green vegetables!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 banana
    about 200 grams of frozen mixed fruit (or whatever fruit you like)
    half an avocado
    1 cup orange juice
    1.5 cups water
    4 cups organic baby spinach

Tips

Blend the fruits and juice and water first and then blend in the spinach.

I use prewashed organic baby spinach. Frozen spinach would work also. Make sure to rinse the spinach even if it is prewashed, It does not need to be dried, just throw it in the blender.

You can experiment with different fruits and juices or adding milk. Also, ground flax is good in this too. The important components are the banana, the avocado, the orange juice and the spinach. Mango is also an amazing addition to this drink.
