Ingredients

    4 c Apples (about 4-5)
    1 Pkg. Butterscotch Pudding FF/SF
    8 oz. Cool Whip Free
    20 oz. can Crushed Pineapple w/juice

Directions

Cut apples into bite size pieces. Mix Cool Whip and [dry] Pudding together. Mix in pineapple. When mixed add apples. Chill for at least an hour. [Can be eatten right away but better chilled] 6 servings

  • I really liked this recipe. The only thing I did that was different was mix the pudding with the pineapple, then added the apples and folded in the cool whip. Very nice and light! - 10/11/09
