1 tbsp mustard (yellow, or dijon, or spicy)
    1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
    1 tsp parsley (optional)

Directions

In a non-stick pan, mix all dry ingredients. Add mustard and about half of the soymilk, then turn on heat to medium low.

Stir until mostly combined, then add the rest of the soymilk, taking care to get rid of lumps. When it thickens and starts to bubble, remove from heat pour into a container, and store in the fridge when cooled. When hot, it can be easily poured on a pizza, to be used instead of cheese. When cold, it's easily spreadable on bread, crackers, vegetables, etc.
