Introduction

Quick and easy. Could be used with any mild flavored fish or chicken. Quick and easy. Could be used with any mild flavored fish or chicken.

Ingredients

    1 frozen tilpia filet or other mild flavored fish
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 tsp Durkee Citrus Grill seasoning or other citrus based seasoning
    Non stick aluminum foil is also handy

Tips

A squeeze of fresh lemon juice is a great addition before serving.


Directions

Thaw fish according to package directions. Cover baking sheet with non stick foil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour olive oil into shallow bowl. When fish is completely thawed, dip fish into olive oil until coated. Lay on baking sheet and sprinkle with citrus seasoning. Bake until flakes easily with a fork approximately 7-10 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 1 serving but easily multiplied
