Ingredients

    400g potatoes (about 4 medium sized potatoes, cooked without skin)
    400g spinach (best to take frozen spinach)
    200g salmon (diced)
    1 tsp lemon juice
    lemon zest
    1 onion
    1 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp flour
    2 tbsp schmand (sour cream)


    2 tsp olive oil
    nutmeg
    pepper
    salt

Directions

preheat oven to 175 Celsius / 347 Fahrenheit

Heat pan with olive oil, put onions in it until tender
put spinach (has to be thawed already) to the onions, heat and spice with nutmeg, salt and pepper

put the lemon juice over the salmon

heat butter, add 150 ml water and schmand (sour cream), add 1 tbsp flour, spice with salt, pepper and lemon zest

put cooked potatoes (in slices) in casserole, add spinach/onion mix, salmon and pour the sour cream sauce over it

takes about 25 minutes at 175 Celsius / 347 Fahrenheit
