Ingredients

    1-1/4 lbs. Country Style Pork Ribs
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
    1/4 C Onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
    1 can of Coke

    1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Tips

Do not use Diet Coke, it tastes "off"


Directions

Prepare and season ribs with black pepper and garlic powder and place into crockpot. Combine Coke and soy sauce and pour over ribs. Add onions.

Cover crockpot and cook on low for 7-9 hours.

Remove from liquid and coat with BBQ sauce before serving.

    Incredible!
    I just love this recipe. I used cherry coke,only because I didn't want to go to the store again,and that gives it a grest flavor. By far my favorite recipe. Everyone I've made this for loves it too. Thanks for sharing. - 10/12/20
