This is perfect for breakfast or dessert for one! This is perfect for breakfast or dessert for one!
Number of Servings: 1


    - 1-2 slices of bread (I used 2 slices of Rudolph's Seven Grain Bread)
    - 1 large egg
    - 2tbsp Pure Pumpkin Puree
    - 2tbsp Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk
    - Drop of Vanilla Extract
    - Cinnamon
    - Pumpkin Pie Spice
    - Pinch of nutmeg


- Cube bead and place in mug
- Mix egg, milk, pumpkin, and spices together
- Pour egg mixture over bread vand make sure all bread is coated
- Microwave for 1-2minutes
- If desired, drizzle with a sweetner like syrup
