Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup of flour
    1.5 cups of milk (for nutrional value, 1% is used)
    2 eggs
    1 tsp of vegetable oil
    0.25 tsp of salt

Tips

You can the whole mix to a blender for an easier mixing. Also, batter can be refrigerated for 2 days so you can make the batter once and use it for multiple meals.


Directions

In a bowl combine 2 beaten eggs, 1 1/2 cups milk, 1 cup flour, 1 tbsp cooking oil, and 1/4 tsp salt; beat until combined.

Pour one laddle full of batter into a hot pan (you may want to lightly grease the pan). Rise and rotate the pan to ensure that the whole pan in evenly coated. Cook until the batter is no longer runny, approx 2-3 minutes. Flip to golden the other side 30 secs - 1 minute.

Serving Size: Makes crêpes, 1 per serving
