Ingredients

    1 lb. Ground Turkey 93% Lean
    3 12oz. Cans of Pinto Beans
    1.5 cups Sauteed Onions & Garlic
    1 can Chipotle Chiles in Adobo Sauce
    1.5 cans of Tomato Sauce
    1 can of Ro*Tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies Mild
    1 tsp. Garlic Powder
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Pepper
    1 tsp. Ground Cumin Seed
    1.5 tsp. of Chili Powder

Tips

Top with cheese and sour cream


Directions

Dice onions and chipotle chiles and mince garlic cloves
Saute the onions and garlic in olive oil
Cook ground turkey
In a large pot add pinto beans, diced chipotle chiles and adobo sauce, tomato sauce, ro*tel tomatoes and chilies, sauteed garlic and onions, and spices.
When turkey is completely cooked add it to the pot of chili as well and let simmer for about an hour.

Serving Size: Makes six 1.5 cup servings
