Ingredients

First all the liquid ingredients should be added to the crockpot, along with 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger, 2 cloves garlic, 1-2 tbsp curry paste(or powder), 1 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp chili powder. Then add the finely chopped bell and chili peppers and tomatoes. Cook on low for 2 hours. Add the tilapia, cut into cubes and cook for another 30-50 minutes on low, until done.

Serve with rice.
