Introduction

A breakfast casserole that tastes like dessert! A breakfast casserole that tastes like dessert!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2c oats
    milled flax seed
    pecan pieces
    strawberries
    1 banana

    2c almond milk - unsweetened
    1 egg
    1tbl plain greek yogurt (no fat)
    1tbl melted butter
    agave to sweeten

Tips

I've changed up the fruit quite a bit (peaches, blueberries, raspberries - they all work!).


Directions

Mix together dry ingredients. Mix together wet ingredients. Poor wet ingredients over dry ingredients in an oil sprayed baking dish.

Bake about 40 min or until top looks brownish.
