    14.5 oz can chili ready diced tomatoes
    15.5 oz.can chili hot beans
    minute rice, brown 1 cup dry
    1 cup water


Fast dinner anytime, you can add ground turkey if you like. We finish it off with low fat shredded cheddar cheese. Very good and filling.


mix the diced tomatoes and chili beans together bring to simmer, add rice and water. Continue cooking for 10 minutes, until rice is tender.
