Ingredients

    cherry tomato
    bean sprouts
    cucumber
    parsley
    olive oil
    garlic
    red wine vinegar
    spices

Directions

Combine parsley, tomato, sprouts, and cucumber in a bowl. Refrigerate for at least 30 mins.
Whisk together all the other ingredients. Add to salad just prior to serving.
