Ingredients

    1 c. fresh brussels sprout, cleaned and trimmed
    Olive oil flavored cooking spray
    1 tsp balsamic vinegar
    Dash salt & pepper
    Garlic powder to taste

Directions

Makes 1 serving

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Clean and trim brussels sprouts. Spray shallow baking pan with Olive Oil spray, add sprouts. Spray sprouts lightly with Olive Oil spray, season with salt, pepper & garlic powder (fresh garlic may also be used with great results). Roast for 20 minutes in 425 degree oven shaking pan after 10 minutes to stir sprouts around. Remove from oven, drizzle with balsamic vinegar immediately and shake pan to distribute evenly. Serve warm or room temp.

    Very Good
    Very nice flavor! I cut mine in half so didn't need to roast then for the full 20 minutes. They were done in 15. The recipe didn't specify dark or white balsamic vinegar. I used white. - 12/8/10
