Ingredients

    20 oz - 99% Fat Free Turkey Breast
    4 cups water
    3 chicken buoillon cubes
    1 cup chopped quartered carrots
    1 large onion
    1 cup frozen peas
    4 red gourmet baby potatoes chopped into small cubes
    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 cup white flour
    Pepper and Garlic to taste

Tips

Might want to add more water if you like this really juicy. Possibly could have cut back on the turkey breast, but was still really good.


Directions

Fry turkey on stove with a little water so it doesn't burn. Chop it while it cooks into hamburg like pieces. Meanwhile chop up potatoes, carrots and onion. After turkey is fully cooked add all vegetables, water, and buoillon cubes. Add pepper and garlic to taste. Let simmer until veggies are done. In another pan melt 1/4 cup butter and add 1/4 cup flour cook until combined. Slowly whisk into cooked pot pie mixure. Should thicken up.
