Introduction

A great breakfast or treat for anytime of day! A great breakfast or treat for anytime of day!

Ingredients

    1/2 cup frozen raspberries - frozen strawberries would be great too!
    1 tub (6 oz) light vanilla yogurt
    1 small can (about 2/3 to 3/4 of a cup) crushed pineapple
    1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
    1/3 ish cup orange juice - you can do as much as you want to make it as thin or thick as you would like
    1 tbsp ish Splenda (I like it to be a little sweeter)

Directions

Just put it all into a blender and mix it up!

Serving Size: Makes one 20(ish) oz serving
