Introduction

Healthy snack or meal replacer Healthy snack or meal replacer
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    * Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halves
    * Milk, nonfat, 0.5 cup
    * Blueberries, fresh, 10 berries
    * Banana, fresh, 1 medium chopped
    * Pineapple, fresh, 1 cup, diced
    * *Grapes, 10 grape
    * Apple juice, unsweetened, 0.5 cup

Directions

Add milk first then add fruits to blender. Add fruit one at a time so that all the fruit is blended finely. Add the Apple juice last. You may want to add more for taste. If you want to add a little more for flavor, add two packets of sugar replacers (sweetener) and I also added 2 tablespoons of wheat germ to add a little more texture. This drink is not for everyone I will say, but if you aren't afraid to try new things, I suggest to go for it! It tastes a better if you add ice or serve it chilled.

    Freeze the banana overnight, along with the pineapple, bluberries and strawberries. Then blend and it will be nice and frozen when blended makes all the diference! - 3/28/08
