    1 cup of wheat berries
    4 cups of beef or vegetable broth
    1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables
    1 cup fresh green beans (or 1 can of beans)
    1 can diced tomatoes


Soak the wheat berries in the broth for about 1 hour. Bring to a boil then add remaining ingredients. Bring back to a boil and Simmer for 15- 20 minutes.
