    to your crock pot add
    24 ounces of chicken broth
    1/2 cup chopped carrots
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    2 cooked chicken breasts chopped
    2 cups cooked wild rice
    5 tablespoons of chicken gravy

    cook on high until celery and carrots are cooked about 1 hour

put in crock pot and cook
