Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    2 cup Blueberries
    2 pear diced
    2 1/2 cup full fat Coconut Milk (used SILK brand)
    1 cup Chia Seed
    1TB Honey
    2 teaspoon Cinnamon
    1 teaspoon Nutmeg
    dash of ground Cloves

    other optional seasonings: cardamom, nutmeg, cloves

Tips

This recipe is adapted from "The Plan" and is the way *I* make it. Please adapt to your personal needs according to The Plan guidelines.


Directions

Place all ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a simmer for approx 20 minutes or until fruit is soft. Remove from heat and stir in Chia seeds. Stir constantly for 2-3 minutes to avoid clumps. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Top each serving with slivered almonds (not in calorie count).

Serving Size: Makes 5 servings approx 1 cup each.
