Introduction

Ingredients

    - 1 cup Mayonnaise, regular (or low-fat)
    - 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain
    - 1/4 cup Parsley, minced (large handful)
    - 1 tbsp Dill weed, minced
    - 1 tbsp Fresh Chives, minced
    - 2 cloves Garlic. minced
    - 1/2 tsp Black pepper
    - 1/2 tsp White vinegar
    - Juice of 1/2 a lemon
    - 1/2 cup Low-fat buttermilk

Tips

You can substitute low-fat dressing, but watch out for the added sugar! I use Duke's regular mayo, as it has no added sugar. Also, the original recipe I found called for the juice of a whole lime, but I found that to be way too tart, so I cut it in half.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and throw in a dash of Sriracha if you like a little bit of heat.
