Introduction

Is a Brazilian version of Shrimp Shop Suey Is a Brazilian version of Shrimp Shop Suey
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    12 oz Shrimp, cooked
    2 tbsp Peanut Oil
    1/4 cup water
    1cup striped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    1 cup striped *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    3 small Onions, cut in wedges
    1 cup carrot, choppedCarrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    1/2 cup *Soy Sauce,
    1/2 cup Corn Starch
    1 tbs Ginger, ground

Directions

Saute all vegetables, and add the cooked shrimp with oil

Combine water, soy sauce, cornstarch, and ginger and stir well. Add mixture to pan. Stir until the souce be thicken.

Cook until thickened.

Serve with rice

Serving Size: make 4 cups
