Ingredients

    3 plum tomatoes, sliced
    1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
    2 TBSP balsamic vinegar
    Salt
    Pepper
    Dried Basil to taste

Tips

I like to do a layer of tomato, onion, seasoning followed by another layer of tomato, onion, and seasoning.


Directions

Layer tomatoes in a shallow dish with onions. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and basil. Pour the balsamic vinegar over the tomatoes and onions. Chill for 30 mins or more.
