This colorful fruit salad includes a fruit from each of the colors of the rainbow: red (strawberries), orange (canteloupe), yellow (pineapple), green (kiwi), blue (blueberries), and purple (red grapes). Ingredients

    4 strawberries quartered
    1/4 of a canteloupe diced into bite size pcs.
    1 can Dole pineapple chunks in juice, no sugar added
    2 kiwi fruit, diced
    1/2 cup blueberries
    1 cup red grapes

Directions

Wash and cut up all the fruit and mix in a bowl. Serve chilled. You can add a little Cool Whip for a more dessert like treat (not included in nutritional stats).
