Ingredients

    Horizon organic 1% Milk, 1 cup
    Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, 2 tbsp
    4 Large Potatoes
    Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded
    Salt and pepper, dash of each

Directions

Peel potatoes and place in large pot of water. Boil until potatoes are soft (about 10-15 minutes). Drain water. Add all ingrediants then beat with electric mixer.
